How Cruel Office Politics is

I just watched "Fair Play" film by Netflix. 

I am with Luke in this case. But he is not fully right. His girlfriend also not quite right when she do not want to be dragged down by Luke at the end and tell lies to her boss that Luke is phyco who stalking her for last 2 month. what the heck? I just can't believe how people can tell lies. haha. 

While I also have experiences related office politics because I've worked at 3 offices and I've been working at 1 office now. for 3 offices I quitted, those also maybe because office politics or pressure which I can not stand with. 

I will tell you last event I just experienced since beginning of September and has made me crazy almost 1 month now. So, the story is one team did mistake, I tried to correct the mistake, but the team manager don't want to. So he told me to ask my leader, so I ask his help. And then when I did, my leader email, then they start to move finally! my leader from my leader also agreed, so I got all backup I need. But what unfair here is he ask me to answer my leader's email behind my leader of my leader. And my stupidity here is I can not say no. Because the top leader has asked which make me can not say no. And then, I late on responding email because I just don't want to, but then he replied because his leader ask him to and blame me who do not reply to his email . That is first. Then, what he did also is he make my leader do not trust me indirectly because he said that this topic has been discussed even before he emailed us. 

I really do not like it. I just hate him forever. :)

That is so dishonest behavior. 

The tactic here is they make me reply to my leader email because it is my responsibility. Second, if I don't do it, they take credit by taking my responsibility and hurting my leader credibility. 

What I want first is, I don't do the mistake, it is not my responsibility, so they who responsible for the mistake who should reply the email. 

 Also with other team manager (female one). She is very forgetful. I have discussed a topic with her and then she said that she is so upset because I don't discuss anything with her first. etc.etc. That is a lie too. 

Very funny. How she showed herself in a strong way. I don't like it. 

I hope people like them is just don't exist so the world become very very peaceful place :)

Adulting is suck

 I just arrived from short visit of my neighbor house which is my childhood friend and we kind of grew together. She shaped me. And now, she has been a mother of one year old girl. She is my friend but I feel awkward. I kind of forget how it feels like to having friend.  What I am familiar now if friend from work you know like coworker. I know but friend from work is not real friend, you will find a backstabbing etc.  But, it feels good to meet my old friend.  Or, maybe is it because I am the only child living in my house now? Is this how it feels like no sibling? I have, but they are far away.  That adulting is. You will very rare to meet your siblings and friends. Only work, work, work and problems every single day. Or office politics which I am sick of. Or maybe I just too isolate myself all this time. Is this time to go outside again? Mingling? Dating?  I don't want to hate.  It is just people makes me do it.  What they do makes me hate them. I don't intend to do it. Why can't I have a clean heart just a moment. I just want to that peace heart where I don't hate everybody in my life in a moment.
